Our aim is to create Mission-Focused Governments.

Just as nine out of ten companies fail to execute their strategy in the corporate world (Fortune Magazine), none of the elected governments since Independence has delivered their poll promises in full (our own research).

We aim to change that equation and assist government and non-government organizations translate their manifesto or policy into a series of linked objectives, measures, targets and initiatives. We will help align various ministries, departments, stakeholders, processes, and build capability at all levels for meticulous execution and behavior change as needed. We will drive a balanced execution agenda for the government and help create the governance system of reviews. Our aim is to create Mission-Focused Governments.
